Expert in creating business organizations run by poor communities and facilitating participation of small-holder farmers in modern value chains. Mr. Anish developed and piloted the small-holder poultry prototype.
Mr. Sanadi Baskar Reddy is member of Global Team at the Syngenta Foundation for Sustainable Agriculture. He worked closely with the Ministry of Agriculture on policy formulation and implementation of some key policies in agricultural marketing, extension, warehousing, farm machinery and PPPs in agriculture. He holds a Ph.D. in Soil and Water Conservation Engineering from IARI, New Delhi.
Chartered Accountant with 20 years of BFSI industry experience with global exposure in multiple countries. A seasoned finance & social sector entrepreneur with core advisory domain expertise in strategic corporate structuring, finance, risk management, internal control, auditing, organizational development.
Rajesh Gupta is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in engineering, Marketing and Project Management. He has worked in various industries, spanning FMCG, Engineering and Management consultancies, sustainable development and most lately in renewable energy. He has worked with some of the leading organizations like Mukand Steel, Tatas, General Electric and others. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Forest Management. His last assignment was with General Electric, where he was managing the Asia Pacific region for hydropower.
With over 30 years of experience in agribusiness, agriculture, and social entrepreneurship, Shri Sunil Khairnar is committed to fostering innovation and collaboration within the agriculture ecosystem. He has co-founded and advised several successful ventures, including Agriwatch, the Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals, and Indigram Labs Foundation. His extensive efforts have involved evaluating over 1,000 ventures, supporting 65 startups, and creating a digital network of over a million agriculture professionals. Passionate about mentoring startups, he continues to guide initiatives that create positive change and improve rural livelihoods across India and beyond.
